Just need a Snell approved Helmet and fill out a tech sheet. I know some places make you follow width to height guide for things that are tippy. So just need to make whatever wide enough till it passes.

It’s a shame that kids today can’t easily or affordably get their hands on a simple 10-year-old truck to build like this. What you’ve got here is a rare, clean Toyota—harder than ever to find at a decent price. Now I feel old… but seriously, it looks great!
