Nice write up! We run the same setup on our ranger, super happy with it. Just had to replace the arms after 10 years of use.

Getting the engine rebuilt, melted 1 piston and damaged to another. Plan is to get the transmission, and power steering components serviced. Motor had 3000 miles on it.
How is the plumbing orientation on the coolers? In the bottom out the top? We run -6 on our transmission lines, maybe the fluid is flowing to fast to exchange heat in the cooler with -8 lines. Not sure just speculation on what it could be
Thanks, yeah pretty bummed motor only had 3k miles. Drained the oil today, only looked dirty, plugs looked good. Going to to a compression test and scope the cylinders.
Our race week ended just as fast as it started. About 30 miles into the first day, the motor started to smoke from the valve cover breather, shortly after loss power and our race was over. Engine temps ran cool and oil pressure was fine leading up.
