Website Designers / SEO?

Any of you guys make websites? Can any of you help with search engine optimization?

The website has been up since the world wide web 1993. But nowadays a lot of companies invest big money in ads and it's owering my ranking every year. I have a wesbite devloper now...but they are just okay.... I want someone passionate. Any help?

PS the webiste uses WordPress.
