This is amazing - thank you! I think I'm going to probably go with bds. Ill probably swap the shocks over to foxes while I'm at it. I might also give solo/desolate a call and see if they might have any insight - if they do I'll report back here.

I called Solo - they do their own set at 350 lbs/in ($280), they said I might have binding issues and to check for metal shavings as I have a uniball for the beams - also going to check that my shocks are a 5523 (the soft valve bilstiens). If I don't see anything, I'm going to pull the spring and cycle everything again to see if I have any issues. Apparently they have had very good results with the skyjacker 184s springs up front (what I have).
