Yeah Myself, My parents and a couple others got stuck in some sand on the road over Halloween. Everywhere the water can run was full of silt, where it wasn't washed out. Careful out in Cal City dudes and dudettes.
Cougar Butte's looked awesome Went out to our camp last weekend, while @the_fablab_ @Bruce_is_boring @Adventure Endeavor were out shock tuning with Tyler from Arizona Chassis Engineering.

Gordon's was PACKED for Thanksgiving.
I mean, not packed as it used to be in the early 2000's, but packed as fuck compared to the past 8 or 9 years.
can't really see in this pic of the campground area unless you zoom way in, but t was packed near the entrace/vendor row/what used to be "vendor row" hah
trip was cut short due to........ well, personal issues with EX/baby momma & boyfriend who was out there as well, parenting time with my son out there, just all that mumbo jumbo. i ended up throwing a Brogan type/aged TBI temper tantrum over it all so we just came home Saturday midday.
nothing broke though, everyone was safe,

We had a blast. Didn’t run the big loop like I wanted on Thursday, but @4lowlance came out to camp for a couple nights so we did a 50 mile run into Boron to visit the Boron Aerospace Museum. We also ran into Randsburg on Friday. It was an absolute mad house but super fun. I broke a CV shaft trying to pull a heavy motorhome out. With the IWE deletes in, it made for a noisy ride home. Can’t wait for the next one!

We went out to cougar buttes with the crew, this area is rad I hadn't been in a while. Did rock crawling, go fast, turkey day and of course chili cook off! New video will be live on Tuesday!

Pulled in wednesday around 2. The standard view on the road in let the gremlins get behind the helm.
Set up shop cracked a few sport sodas with the boys, the views weren't terrible

Ive been banned from any Thanksgivng day runs as a few years back we went out on a 3 hrs tour and didn't get the bird in time.
Got the bird on saw @vcyota92 out in the distance.. and needed to make sure he was okay.
Set up shop cracked a few sport sodas with the boys, the views weren't terrible

Relax, I came back a few times to check back on the bird she was chillin at 225 on the Weber Smokey Mountain
about an hr out from dinner she was ready to pull. So pulled her off and installed in the micrco wave covered in foil. and ran over with my camera to see @the_fablab_ playing around in the rocks.
now we are like 30 mins before dinner. Mikey decided he needs to give the waterfall right behind came go . I'm thinking fack I need to Carve that tiny turkey soon but I follow him over there.
Buddy makes up all the way up the water fall and spits a belt right at the top lol hes starts to pull out tool and im like no bud you are leaving it hard parked here til after dinner lol.
We got trucks pulled into position for proper serving.

headed back to the motor home to carve the bird.. Puzzling was in full swing... so the wife didnt know about my absence.
Bird carved and brought it over...Table was set. food began pouring out from all over camp.
