Pitman arm stuff to make your own length arm using factory forged parts modified. Crossed drill, plug weld and weld top and bottom inside lip of heavy wall sleeve before attaching arm.

Not the strongest way to get the job done but it lets you make a pitman arm in length and offset of your choice.

Press in d44 back side snout plugs to run d44 hubs 2wd. I can’t remember if these were for d44 or desert specialties snouts but someone needed them.

Random bronco stretch pic I did a few years back that dude was supposed to get shell modified at Mcniel even though I got him a race shell from Roger at trailer products right before he retired. He did not like centered windows for whatever reason.

Some shitty welds because I was half faded and motivated but the take away is maintenance. 4 quick couplings core support is removed, 2 more bolts radiator is gone. Engine and teams can come out the front or trans out the bottom with removable trans cross member. Just some ideas. Tubes need to be replaced and thicker if is were to do it over. Some of these pics are pretty old.

Cherokee from axle stuff, solid body mounts. The engine cross member on my very first build, counterboring some snouts for H&M, making factory ford knuckle double shear, some radial mount caliper brackets I made for a 1450 friend. Suction flanges for the full time job.
