Ooor just in case I'll run the gamut:

15 psi in the tires 250 psi in your shocks 150 psi in your air bumps and probably only 8-10 psi of boost in your 5vz if you're running stock injectors.

As much as I wish I was fucking with you I'm not I am brand new to the truck world and I'm trying to just understand everything a bit more I have falken wild peaks there 33s and I'm running Bilstein 6112s and I say pre running very lightly bc my 4 runner is relatively stock for real pre running

I would say tire pressure depends on terrain, speed, wheel width, tire size, and tire load rating.

My 4th gen on 33s I run 25 when “prerunning”. Not enough sidewall to run less. I’ve run down to 8psi slow speed wheeling and did lose a bead.
