Powder coat, protection?

For dudes that powder coat parts, is there a wax or product that you would recommend just to help maintain the finish?

I understand most rides here get used in the desert but it's always worth asking for recommendations.

Spray silicone is the only thing I have found that works. Spray on heavy, let it sit as some powders will absorb it, rub it in. You have to do it every other wash as dirt and detergent draw out the Si.

You can also use car wax. Or Maxima SC1 which makes everything shiny but it wont last months and months.

most all my truck is power coated. before the parts get installed, they get a coat or 2 of car wax.
