I need to be more diligent about keeping my threads updated. we just did a run of 3rd break light for @cutlessdesigns. It is always a pleasure to work with Marcel. He definitely has a knack for product design. Lots of little projects lately and have been trying to get my plasma table going again. One cool project we got to work on lately was reverse engineer a shifter mechanisms for one of older Loren heley Broncos. They car is privately owned now but it pretty crazy with 74 weld portals etc. We had to make the mechanism smoother. So we added a oil infused bronze bushing as the old one dint have anything and was worn out and metal on metal.

Had to make some radius dies for a paneling project. The radius die I had was to tight. Stoked to be able to make this stuff in house.

Our son has been beaming his go cart. Super proud dad moment. He has been using old part laying around the shop. He had had little.guidance frome.me and figuring out most of it on his own. He is a quick learner!

Some cast welding. Not may favorite, but getting it done. We preheated it and cleaned it a stainless brush to start. This turbo 400 is a friends buddies. I guess the wrong fitting caused the port to Crack when he started to tighten it down. I will be building it up and re tapping the hole. Should be a solid fix and save the guys from getting a new case.

Some trans and fuel plumbing mounts for a few of the trucks we are working on. There are a few different combos here.

-8 and -8 (2 inch tube) (1.75 tube)
-8 and -10 (2 inch tube)
