Help with pcm

Hi I have a 2007 4.0L v6 sohc ford ranger that i just rebuilt. After working hard putting my engine back together and I was excited to hear it run and now I had to get a new pcm and the pats system cause my old pcm was not communicating to the truck at all. So I have the new pcm in and I get from the computer people

I have the Forscan to run everything. I get to step 2 just fine and when I get to step 3 and step 4. I am scratching my head. I just want to accomplish project because it's been a long time without a vehicle.

What happens when you select "Parameter Reset"?

What happens when you select "PCM Keep memory Alive"?

I can't find either one of those on forscan. I guess I'm just doing it all wrong.
