Hello gang, my name is Robert, I posted a thread in the intro section introducing myself, a friend suggested I get on this forum to see if there any interest in this product I’ve made more that 60 sets of with zero failure. I have sets more than 15 years old still in working order. Let me know if there’s any interest, since I’m making them agian. Here’s some pics for your enjoyment. I can make any year, any snout package on the 1984-1996 TTB platform as a production part. I’ve also made a few set of uniball knuckles and beams per customer request, as well as full suspension systems, cages general customer fab and machining ect. I’m thinking of making some more parts of there’s any interest.

I made a set of these camber adjustable in all beams for a dude named Joey miller some years ago. They turned out pretty solid but the build was abandoned and they ended up purchased by a guy in Texas. Never heard what happened to them after that. A honeycomb of internal gussets and base structure material was .120 1.75 tube main connection. Complete overkill. But the first of its kind, a truly camber adjustable set up via 180 degree camber cams and keeper system.

What is that Eagle from in your logo? Is that German thing?

My buddy's Dad was kinda obsessed with that eagle for a while. He was the machine shop manager at Sarnoff Research and used to CNC and EDM that thing into everything. Rings, Necklaces and anything else he could think of. Never did find out what the significance was.

Cool story- He took us to work one day and bored the cylinder from my 1977 cr125 in the Sarnoff shop. While he did that, We punched out slugs for the candy machine.

They fit all D44 TTB broncos and f150’s. They do not fit the solid axle’s models prior to the TTB. I can’t figure out how to edit yet. Sorry still getting used to the platform format.

Yeah 79 was last of the half ton d44 front ends. 1980-96 half ton 4x4s are D44 TTB.

Ya my moms side of the family is German and my dads side is Irish. The logo was supposed to be a mixture of the American flag and the bird off the German flag, except the German flag version has more toes lol.

One time this dude in Michigan hit me up to make a set of 2wd TTB knuckles that used raptor unit bearings because he beam swapped a newer f150 that used d44 ends. He also wanted the same wheels and tires he already had to work and he liked the idea that parts were off the shelf at his local Napa. Who am I to argue, if I can make its and keep the KPI correct I’ll do it. So after some chin scratching this is what I came up with. One off set for sure.

I saw these in person. A work of art. I hope to see what this ever went / going on. First time I've seen a uniball for a knuckle actually rotated correctly.

Yes that Hex for the camber adjustment is awesome. I remember when Camburg made beams like that and bragged about easy camber adjusting, BUT they had just straight holes with no way to account for the hole spread when you adjust the heim for camber and this fixes the issue with that.

Andy is one of my produce sets of the 5 stud but I inverted them to 5 bolt to beef up the bolt size vs stud size. Andy has been beating on there’s things way more than 10 years and they are still running like new. I just retrofitted them with new caliper bracket so Andy can run 14” rotors and a set of radial mount calipers. I kind of fucked the dog on his retrofit due to me repainting my house but there was no Rick. I’m very pleased to see Andy’s build progress he has done so many solid upgrades. He has an eye for detail most lack. Clean clean clean. I like to stick to parts personally less headache. Very proud of Andy’s build he was the very first retail set of spindles or knuckles I ever sold and they are still intact after more than 12 years of rough use. Original ball joints intact. Go figure.
A lot of TTB sales are set up not parts used.

Correct, the Camburg ones could not work due to linear projection increasing the length between the ears. On my design the upper pivots about the lower always and maintains the radial length between the two points. The hex camber keeper is used in 180 degree increments and can be made and multiple offsets depending on needed camber correction.
