DezertFest for Pismo @ LaserTown April

This will be a killer event. I’ll be out there Thursday night (EDIT: Friday at 12)
through Sunday. Official event is 4/4-6
This event is hosted by Friends of Oceano Dunes at Lasertown in Johnson Valley.
Registration includes camping in Lasertown and a dinner.

This is a fundraiser to keep FoOD in the legal fight for the dunes and there will be activities for all types of vehicles, prerunners, crawlers, bikes, SxS ect.

Lance or Jared, could you guys explain the camping situation/area out there? I need to decide if i want to lug my travel trailer all the way out there or just bring the tent cot. Or maybe ill have a RTT by then? hmmm.

All are doable options. Laser Town is a large gated & burmed perimeter private property compound just off Boone Road before the lakebed. Camping for trailers, RV, RTT and tents are all good for the event weekend with registration. All are welcome to party!

Yeah, event planning is rough. 52 weekends of the year simply is not enough. As soon as you try to plan something, you realize there is something every weekend of the year makes it really hard to fit it all in.

curious when we get closer who all is bringing familes or atleast kids. I am thinking i will likely bring mine as most of my friends will be in mexico. Would like to find a group of kids my daughter can get dirty with.

I’ll have Walker my 12Y/O son and maybe my daughter Reagan.

I plan to let him drive a fair bit too.
