Where is a decent place to get casters at these days? McMaster.com seems expensive as hell for what i think i would want to use. I know I can look on amazon but im worried about quality. I’ve seen cheap casters delaminate when they don’t get moved around a lot.

I am thinking a 6" solid wheel 360 degree rotation lockable and standard with ~ 1000LBS capacity per wheel.

i have seen the roundy round race car chassis dollys i dont think they are big enough. id like to make two dollys, four caster each dolly that i can sit my frame rails on

Amazon has a lot of sizes, load ratings, and good prices with thousands of reviews - I'm guessing they get the same ones sold at a lot of places but cut out the brick and mortar retailer. What chassis will be 4000 lbs - or is it a fixture table you're building a chassis on?

Here's ones @juberafab put on his table:

Casters are crazy expensive. We bought 4 8" inch double wheel casters for our frame table about 5 years ago and spent like 4 to 500 on them. They are rated to move the table with a car on it. Anything quality is going to be $. Probably find some heavy duty ones on marketplace. I found some good ones at a garage sale for like $50. put them on our welding / fixture table.

I want something like this to move my non running / no suspension vehicle on. Id love to figure out something that would make it easyish to move vehicle from side concrete rv / trailer parking area to garage but that would mean down some kind of curb ramp and then up driveway to garage.

stock vehicle weighs around 3750 lbs id assume.
