You guys wanna do the Best Western or the Star Inn Motel again? @Motiracer38, the kids and i had a good experience at Star inn but i'm down for the majority to be in one spot. They are next to eachother just FYI.

The Best Western was pretty solid as well and had a heated pool and spa.

Sounds like a weekend in Pomona at a 2-3 star Best Western with some long walks around a beautifully, artistically curated fairgrounds is a wonderful surprise start to a vacation any wife would brag to her friends and coworkers about!!!

Yeah, she fell for that type of a setup early on in our relationship. Now shes skeptical if Im making the plans, asking things like "does it have hot water AND a FLUSHING toilet?", or "is there heat and/or AC?". And my favorite one is "it doesnt have to do with dumb offroad shit [or costco] does it?". Takes the fun out of trying to 'kill 2 birds with 1 stone'
