2025 OFFROAD EXPO OCT 4-5, OC FAIR GROUNDS..

Anyone that is going to be at Expo also heading to Trail Hero? I have something small I am trying to get out there for someone so they don't have to detour his trip from Seattle to St. George through Ventura.

@badlinesgoodtimes Same, I wish I could pull the extra truck out for you, but I will have a empty bed if you need anything hauled down. You can drop it off when you pick up the trailer. Or if you want me to bring down any tables/folding chairs or extra EZ-up?
 
Okay Current List. I have divided list into Booth or Front Gate Location. All Green Check marks ✅have had QR pages created/printed and ready to go. That I will give to you at the gate or I'll find you. P stands for parking pass. Those of you with red Dot have paid 🔴
At the Check in you will recieve your Exhibitor pass good for you for the weekend. Remember any additional tickets for family and friends have to be purchased through the expo site for each day. Use the code Badlines to save $5 off per ticket.

If you haven't yet paid for parking you can via:

$18 is parking pass is fee.

I didn't know it at the time but my cousin was working the Traxxas booth at the Sand Show, he may be there this weekend as well, I maaaay be can see what kind of deals he can get us.

Silly question for @badlinesgoodtimes Truck being put in get a single person exhibitor pass. Extra people need a regular ticket. But what about Friday? If my kid and I are dropping off his truck Friday. Do we need an extra ticket? Only ask because the website only has tickets for Saturday or Sunday. Or does it not matter for the drop off.

Not trying to speak for badlines, but I would assume either you or your son will need a ticket, depending on who Elliott put on the list for the truck entered. So my son will be with me dropping off my truck Friday, i bought 2 tickets for him. one for Saturday and one for Sunday. I don't think Friday matters.

Exactly what I figured too. But thought I would ask about Friday. It’s something that popped into my head yesterday.

I can give you a loaner pass if they give you shit but I think it will be fine on Friday.
 
Is anyone going out there on Friday and coming back to the inland Empire? I will be taking my truck out there on Friday, but I’m trying to figure out a ride back.
 
Hi,

It’s me again — and this is going to be easier than we thought!

Check-In
Enter through Gate 10. I’ll meet you there with your passes (and parking passes for those listed). From there, just follow the red line — it’s basically straight ahead. You can park and unload your truck or drive directly into our booth (just to the left of the entrance). If you’re in the front gate spot, it’s a little farther down. We’ll direct parking so everything goes smoothly.


Trailers
If you’re leaving a trailer, please park it in Lot H.


General Parking
General parking is in Lot D, and your passes will work there.


Sunday Exit
Move-out is Sunday, 5:30–5:45 pm. Exit will be one-way westbound via the green line toward Green Gate (Lot E, NW Corner).


Loading Zone
Lot E will serve as the loading zone. On Sunday, you can move your trailer over from Lot H to Lot E to make loading up and heading out easier.
