2025 OFFROAD EXPO OCT 4-5, NOW MOVING TO OC FAIR GROUNDS..

so the on vendor portal site camping appears to only be available for vendors and is limited by booth size 10x10 ( even though area we are in is way bigger we have its limited to 1 site... so dont think that is going to work

yep, I just work here brotato... I mean the whole zone is kind of the booth planning on having the king of the of the canners barrels around and probably 1 easy up for shade 1 for the actual booth with merch.
 
I know its still early, but I'd like to get a room booked soon. There is a Best Western (Best Western Plus Newport Mesa Inn) that looks to be walking distance to/from the fairgrounds on the south side of the 55. What do you guys think? As of right now it looks to be just myself heading down without the fam. I'm gonna try to take Wes, but with his school being so strict on absences (that Friday) might not be able to make it work for him.

Or there is the Costa Mesa Inn a little farther west that's half the price.

We will be getting a hotel somewhere close. I have ground control ( my wife) looking into that for me. Would be cool to get some or all the families together to hang out after hours at the same hotel.

Still waiting on details she said I have it by then end of the week.

Going off of how the expo in Pomona went a few years ago I had the mouse in the Terra crew Building

- You have to get there in afternoon 1-4 pm to get trucks in Friday before the event and can't get the truck out until Sunday at the close of the event 4 or 5 pm likely. Its' a long day Sunday haha​

- Every vehicle owner will get one Exhibitor pass any additional passes would need to be purchased. ( I was told we will have a badlines discount code )​

- Trailer truck parking won't be an issue parking lot is massive but I will confirm​

- Each truck needs to have a build thread. It doesn't have to be crazy detailed. Just a basic overview of the truck really. I am going to make QR code that people can scan will link them to your build thread back here on the site. The goal is to continue to grow the community you all have helped me create.​

- There will be no cost. If any one wants to donate to support cause they can.​

Current interested list. Again, I am not sure of the truck count just yet so I cant confirm I can fit this whole list but believe me I'll try. If I left any one off list let me know.
