This is my first real kind of prerunner build. I got my first truck almost two years ago now and I got super into the “Prerunner” scene. I got super stoked on my first truck which is and 94 obs f150 single cab short bed. I decided after a while to keep it nice and use it as a sick sleeper daily. So I bought a 93 ranger for 500 bucks. Thing was roached when I got it
Here’s a few pictures from when I got it

The truck needed some motor work that I could not have figured out without my dad. Actually without my dad helping me with a lot of things throughout this build I couldn’t have done it. But me and my dad got the truck running good and I started to tear it down.
Took a couple hours one night to get the whole front end taken apart and then I started to clean up the frame rails and things like that. Took the coil bucks off and I got a beam kit off of face book marketplace. I got it for a grand with swingset steering it actually came off of marcels or (Marceytech) truck when he got a better beam kit. Also huge shoutout to Marcel for all the help and always answering my questions as they came. He always texts back. I got some radius arm buckets off of DIY off-road and had them laser cut. The beams went into factory beam pivots so I did 1/4 weld washers so the metal was thicker where the bolt went in for the I beams.
Here are some more pictures as I got the beams hung!

Me and my dad build the engine cage and made gussets for it and then started to cycle the front end and I’m getting around 15 and a half inches of travel in the front bumped and strapped pretty good for stock pivots and stock bushings.

The shocks I got for a grand they are Sway away 3.0x14 coilovers they work pretty good so far
Eventually the front was done and I got some really dry cracked bfg “KO” tires for an 100 bucks I couldn’t pass them up. They worked good for rollers, the front was pretty much done for now after final welding.

I got some deavers and shackles for the rear for now and also some leaf spring hangers to lift it and dad pulled the bed sides for me. Also put some shocks my dad had laying around on the back to get a little bit more travel so I could at least drive it off road.
The motor eventually blew up in it and I had to get it rebuilt. A lot of people talk shit on the 3.0l it has no power but I haven’t had that many problems with mine besides the one that blew up because it had a lot of miles on it. The truck also sat for a while before I bought it.
I then got fiber glass for the front.
I am probably forgetting a lot of stuff I should have been posting as I go but if anyone has questions feel free to ask.

This is a picture I took of my buddy about to pull me 45 minutes home with a strap

I got some 35x10.5x15 tires for 400 dollars in a pinch to try and make in to Koh in time and and built a rear bumper and a little chase light mount.

I plan on posting every time I make progress on this truck because it is way easier than posting a bunch at one time.
I am no where near done with this truck there is a lot more to come on this money pit. I plan of gutting the interior in the next couple days to start the cab cage. Then get bypasses for the rear. I need so tips on building the cage on this thing so anything helps.
