For sale is a 1991 Lance cabover camper.
I’m going to call this a project camp because it needs some love.
My wife and I used the camper for a few years and were going to restore it.
We find ourselves a bit too busy to put time into it right now, and I would rather it go to someone who will use it than rot out in my yard.
It’s been a good camper to use but has all the symptoms of sitting in the yard for 3 years
The good,
Interior has had a small renovation
-paint
-recessed lighting
-solar panel and controller
-new style kitchen faucet
-I bypasses the shower drain to the black tank, so you just hook up a short garden hose and route the shower water away from camp, then you don’t have to worry about filling the black tank with shower water
-it has a 12v fan where the AC can go.
-newish vent covers
I’m sure I’m missing a couple things
The bad
-It needs to be gone through as it’s been sitting
- there might be a water leak around the emergency hatch above the bed.
- no real water damage but I can see up front the paint is a little bubbley, it’s probably from the shitty seal job of the front window.
- jacks work but I don’t trust them to store the camper on them for long term
- looks like parts of the paneling on the sides are starting to bubble out
-fridge works but you have to light the pilot by hand. Works on shore power though
I’m asking $2500 as it will need some work.
I will include the big ass pipe stands to store it on and a back porch I made for it.
Unfortunately I cannot deliver the camper so it’s pick up only.
It’s located in cherry valley CA.
