Was torn between running metal pucks as my body mount bushings because the stock ones were so shot. Wanted to replace them before I tie the roll cage into the frame. Ended up just going with some energy suspension bushings.

Going to be running these PRP 4 point harnesses once the cage is done. If heard mixed things about harnesses and folding seats. But this isn’t a go fast pre runner, I just want to stay in place if I flop it on the trails. So these seats should do for now.

Yeah I’m not a huge fan of them either, plus then your cross tube is in front of your face. I did get the frame tie in’s

Interior is stripped down for the cage. 4xinnovation cages usually go around/infront of dash, but they bent the A-pillar bars to go through the dash by request.

Another successful trip in the books, this thing suprises me every time I take it out with how capable it is. Had a few moments at a good angle and we noticed my T-case output shaft was leaking when we were heading back to the start. Just ordered a new seal and it should be ready to go again.

Glad to hear you got the brakes to work, I have an FJ80 master so it should be good enough to stop them. I’m also on 17” wheels so shouldn’t be an issue there!

Picked up a 1st gen sequoia rear axle to put under the 4runner. I currently have a 2nd gen 4runner rear axle that’s 58” WMS to WMS, but these 1st gen Sequioa/Tundra axles are 67” Even though I have more brackets to cut off than going with a tundra or T100 axle, I’m planning on getting the...

Gotta get back in the habit of keeping this updated! New shocks on the 4runner have been treating me well. Fox Race Series 2.0’s. 14” fronts, 12” rears. Just gotta set up bumps and straps.

Reinforced the frame to securely mount the bumper. Installed my winch, factor55 stuff, and a Baja designs lightbar. Got some sliders welded on as well. Just in time for hammers!

The previous owner didn’t run knobs on the triple stick setup due to them hitting the transmission shift stick, heated them up and bent them as needed, and threw on some knobs.
