    Hello there

I've been waiting to see this truck pop up. We've done a ton of trips together and it's a blast everywhere and such a unique build. He did break a front shaft on the Rubicon once too, I think it was a right front at the knuckle but don't remember if it was inner or outer...

    Ttb help

Make sure the bolts holding the radius arm to the beams aren't too long and contacting the axle shaft.

    What happened to these trucks?

I've been waiting to see more pictures or info of this pop up since the early 2000s. Pretty sure I read it's an F100 frame and license plate says WFOBAJA but that's all I know.

Hard to tell but is the axle on the bumpstops in those pics? Or will you have to space them down off the frame? And those lower shock mounts aren't the Cookcraft ones, but with his lower mounts and Raptor shocks, would the axle bump to the frame?

    What to pack? Tips-tricks

Came here to ask this same question. Had my old set of tools stolen a few years ago and I replaced it with a newer craftsman set that I tried to get used to but never really liked, so I just sold that and I'm starting from scratch. Was thinking harbor freight and some tool rolls but I did like...

    BTF 98 Explorer

Looking great! Can you post a picture of the upper link frame pivot?

    ‘98 Explorer 5.0 2wd prerunner build

What's the reason for going to a fixed yoke? Slip yoke was never a problem when I was 2wd and I don't recall hearing of other people having issues either.

How much did you have to trim off the gas tank? And is that because of driveshaft clearance? That's one concern I have, I've acquired a 9" already but wondering if the diff placement will work around the stock gas tank. Don't really want to reduce fuel capacity though.

I love seeing the different ways that people try building the rear of these things. I like the idea of replacing the frame rails, and it looks like you'll get a little more bump travel too than you would have with a stock frame. How long is the panhard bar? I considered trying to do a similar...

    Bad Trends… and go

I don't understand the recent trend of adding a tube in front of the main tube of a front bumper. And similar to the black gas door, painting tail lights black. Even worse is black tail lights on a black car, so the thing just looks like an indistinguishable black blob now. Or if you truly...

Do you DD this with the cooler, first aid kit, powertank and everything in the bed? I live in a shitty area but even if I lived somewhere nice I wouldn't trust people not to take something.

Hi, I might be interested in those stock Tacoma tires you're selling. Where are you located...

Hi, I might be interested in those stock Tacoma tires you're selling. Where are you located? I'm in northern CA but have family driving up here in a few weeks, so I can probably coordinate something. I also only really need the 4 unmounted tires, so would you take $550 for just the 4?

    Norcal guys checking in

I've heard some people have an issue with the bolts connecting the radius arms to the beams being too long and contacting the axle shafts, so check that. Looks like you have stock beam mounts and I doubt the Camburg beams are the issue. Other than redesigning the radius arms to clear the frame...

    Security for your trucks

Someone attempted to steal mine a few years ago and luckily failed, but now I have a hidden kill switch wired to the factory inertia switch. I also have Trackmate GPS in it now which is really cheap and shows me where the truck is located on their app, and also notifies me whenever the ignition...

Prerunner / desert vehicle YouTube channels

You probably know about Kibbetech and Morgan Clarke already. Some other offroad/desert truck related channels that I'm subscribed to that haven't been mentioned are Armada Engineering, Dune Hippie, Rob RJ Fab, and Erin Flaherty had a cool old school Bronco build years ago. Non-offroad channels...
