    I’d have to check the door vin tag. It’s a one ton. If memory serves me right it’s 10,700lb. I’ve got a built motor and trans and she fuckin moves. The neighbors love the open Y-pipe. Can tow a house with it too.

    100% I’ve got my 460 completely maxed out without bringing up the CI and it’s a 15k+ motor then add a full built trans for torque and it’s right around 425-450hp. But fuck is it my favorite car I own. Going from an 11k lb truck to a Tesla or etron is a trip.

    Yea, there are way cheaper options than using those valve covers, which are like fine art! Figure out the furthest spot to weld in or bolt on some square tubing. Fill it with sand, or lead, or the heaviest material you can.. then cap it shut. Don’t see why you couldn’t do a heavy square cross...

    I understand this is a pre runner and not a race truck but it still seems like a bad idea imo Wouldn’t it be a lot easier to just find a spot (like filling the rear bumper with/ ) and or just adding some tabs to the rear carrier and welding / securing 1-to a few ammo can boxes and filling them...
