Bump So came to find out that its a gmt900 kit not a 800, i already have everything cut off and frame plated and what not. Is my best bet just making custom mounts or what should i do?

Do you have the measurements for how far above the stock mounting points they are? and what the measurement is on the hole? is it dead center etc

its a wiy kit, no uca mounts.

Started mounting up my kit today, do i have to remake upper a arm mounts? The stock ones create a negative 76” degree at ride height but goes to 90 at bump. So if i put a arm mounts at the top of my frame does the degree go closer to 90 and stay there throughout cycling? Very confused.

tore off the intake/valve covers. Head gaskets and valves are my issue. Did a leakdown test and figured that out. Now my issue is finding a machine shop that wont r@pe me in money for a valve job

Its efi so i figure its a lil newer than a 351. The guy says theres a hole in the oil pan so i figure the top end at least will need a rebuild. But if im rebuilding the 5.8 im gonna throw lifters and cam etc. into it since itll already be torn apart.

Hey guys. Im debating on buying an OBS f150 that has a blown 5.8 I was debating on rebuilding it or maybe doing a 6.0 LS swap with a stage 2 cam. The f150 is 4wd with a 4406 warner t-case and a 58659 automatic tranny. How hard would the swap be? painless wiring kits available? would my gauges...
