Made the plunge last night and bought a new printer. Our son is in a class at school that teaches design and they also have access to use the 3d printers. He and his 2 friends are in charge of maintaining the printers. This gave me the push to get a new one as our old one finally died a few...
As much as it hurt me to say this beams would be the move, or a one off longtravel kit. I think it comes down to ur budget and timeline etc. Once you get the front working better, you are just going to want to link it. It is a vicious cycle as you already know. As ur friend and voice of reason...
I'm gonna send him a text and see what he reccomends. I forgot John made these. I pretty sure he used them on Roberts 4 door chevy if I remember right.
Thanks for the reminder!

My son and i got his truck up on the chassis table. Plan to start taking measurements and get designing.
Looking for some advice/ insight, thinking about going kingpin for ease of prep and servicing.i want to keep it robust and strong. I know a few were running 1.75 kingpin. are they using an oem pin or a machined part for the pin? Would be nice to use a off the shelf pin.
I had to remove the valve body on mine but was able to do it with the trans in the truck. Idk what urs would consist of but it wasn't that complex. More just keeping all the little parts accounted for.
