Sent all the junk to powder coat. Trans mount is done. Found out the driver beam is cracked… I have a plan for that though. And If anybody knows what those bumpstops are let me know. Thanks.

Yeah I don’t have a bender, HF kinker did its job for the 4 bends that I needed to make. Front bumper was supposed to wrap around the fender but I kinked it a little too hard so I had to cut the sides off.

Sand bagged a little too hard and the truck isn’t exactly legible for this years show down. So it’ll become another 2000 truck 😁

Forgot to add that I acquired cheap replacements for the rear raptor shocks from @YotaTyler418 . These old guys are with @DialedShockPrep getting cleaned up.

Now we are up to the present day. Time has come for the tranny mount. Scanned everything a while back, Pooped out a quick proof of concept using Blender. After that drew it up in real cad and cut out the middle portion to test fit. I went ahead and printed up the frame mounts since I wasn't...

Found some dirt cheap Deaver F31's on marketplace, Deaver Freshened them up for me ❤️

Shiny new muffler. And made a few spacers for the limit straps.

Scanning for a new tranny mount since the stock one will be in the way of the radius arms at bump. Exhaust needed to be deleted in the process.
