Might as well post mine up here. Started on a polaris trailblazer 250 at the age of 8, moved to a suzuki quadracer 250, then a banshee (regret getting rid of it), suzuki DR200, then my first actually good bike was a 2001 ktm 520 EXC, currently riding a 2001 KX250.

Got the truss cut and installed yesterday, it went on quite easily, also another note, I love my plasma table, makes this some of this stuff much less time consuming.

I used my milwaukee m18 drill but the clutch didn't like it so I swapped over to an old corded makita drill that doesn't have a clutch, I use 5w-30 or tap magic for lube, don't have any problems catching.

Late to the party here, but as of recently I've been rebuilding shocks, I don't have as much experience as some of the other guys here but I have a good understanding on service procedures and whatnot, I've been using shockseals.com or shock therapy for wear items, and get my hoses built at...

I have a rogue fab notcher, its a pretty nice piece but recently I've found myself just using the angle grinder for anything other than a 90 degree cut, mainly since recently I haven't done much other than hand built stuff that hasn't been designed in fusion or bend-tech.

Haven't posted an update in awhile on this thing, I got the stock axles out, started to get the frame boxed, which is almost done save the small portions where I cut out the rear-most crossmember that I initially planned to save. I also got every single hole filled, all the brackets off...

Well I finally got the paint on the cab and front end fixed and finished, I have to do some more polishing on the hood since some tree sap got on it and ate into the clear coat. I also got the engine and trans in it, its a LM7 (5.3 LS Truck engine) with an AR5 (5 speed from a Chevy Colorado)...

Well I finally went and got the stuff to finish up the paint on the front half of the truck, I shot the fender as a test panel since I've never done a two tone before, lucky I did because I masked it off too early and messed up the finish of the black.

Wrapped up with plating the frame, now I just need to generate the cut files for the inner box plates to weld those in, and wrap up with cleaning the stock bracketry off the frame since it won't be used anymore.

It more than likely will never get raced unfortunately, but its getting built to class rules regardless in case it does, but it will absolutely see pre-running duty and serve as a trainer if I ever do get into racing. Thanks for following the build though!

Wrapped up design on the rear truss for the Dana 60, I'm not worried about running a full width truss at the moment mainly because this thing is going to be around the 3k lb. mark and there are probably other things to be concerned with beside the housing getting bent.

It will be getting 4 link front and rear, for what I'm doing with it, it makes more sense to do coil overs than trying to figure out custom leaf packs and mounting. Plus I already know a whole lot more about designing suspension geometry with links as opposed to leaf springs.
