I've chased making room for small quads, small bikes, big bikes when towing a camping trailer. Not sure what size bike we're talking about but your Raptor would not enjoy the tongue weight if you made a front bike rack work and too much weight on the back of a trailer is a handling nightmare...
That's a good observation. I've seen it too. I got into a SXS (2006 Rhino) as a chase vehicle for the boys on a PW80 and CRF100. Can't count how many times they wiped out, dusted themselves off, picked up their bike themselves and carried on. They wanted nothing to do with a back seat.
