Would you be painting them or pc’ing them silver and red? I’d pc / chrome wheels. Unless using 2k paint I’ll never spray paint wheels with 1k again I’d just leave them stock color until funds are saved to use a good coating - it’s so much work and gets scratched up and dingy looking super quick.

Yeah and a piece of plexiglass and rtv will work to use with the gasket as a template if you can’t make one out of metal.

Trace the 3rd member if you have one? E locker and non-elocker stud patterns are a little different by a couple studs when models came with the 8.4 and the e-locker 8" in '96+ for Tacomas, 4runners didn't come with an 8.4. ECGS would be a good resource or even look up a gasket for your year...

There’s another hike to the peak of San Jacinto from Idyllwild / Pine Cove called the Marion trail. Wasn’t too bad back when I was in shape 10 years ago lol. But I remember the hike back was pretty trying on the knees and feet.
