I have heims on my knuckles, so mine are drilled out, but I had to put them on the bottom to clear the bottom of the frame at bump.

The larger bolt also decreases the articulation, 3/4" is overkill. 9/16" was standard with our beam kit, then upgraded to 5/8" 12...

My beam mounts are fairly narrow and it gets really close on the inside when it cycles. I'll try and get some measurements tmrw for you.

Yeah if you're able find some spacers that work than design the mounts to that width. Beam pivots are usually wider. Ours are 2.125"...
