Visiting California for work, what are some off road/MTB things to do?

Howdy!

I'm currently in Riverside, California for a work trip and will be out here till the end of July.

What off-road or mountain biking related activities would you guys recommend to do why out here.

I'm planning on going to to Sky Park at Santa's Village next Sunday to ride the trails up there

I have a Bronco Sport for a rental car, so any real trail rides are out of the question.

Free but epic trails. It's hot now so go early. Lots of sessioning trails
