I’ve been slowly building a new bumper on the unicorn as time permits.

I’ve been putting some time, when available, into my son’s single cab OBS ford.
New 2” leveling kit
New 35” BFG’s
New headlights, taillights, and grill.
We even cut the bumper off the unicorn and slapped it on the truck!

Slowly moving along on the front bumper update. Fabricated the lower frame portion with a miter-cut design and laid out the tube structure for the skid plate area.
Once I wrap this up, I’ll park the truck and get it leveled out on jack stands to start taking everything off the front end for the big updates.

New dash for the Nuclear Unicorn. Picked up a McNeil Ford OBS Prism dash. I ordered the center consul for it as well. I'm currently waiting for it to show up.

More progress on the slow moving Nuclear Unicorn updates.

Bumper is 90% complete. I need to fine tune the skid plate template, cut the skid plate out, and paint the tubes. As of now I’m digging the simplicity of the valance design. I might taper the corners later on.

Wrapped up the bumper, for now. I still need to order a GG light bar for the front. I’m going to run the 20” with a fabricated mount, that bolts into some bosses on the pusher outriggers.. I’m on the fence about trimming the valance or just leaving it as is too..

I picked up these bad mother f’ers as well..!
14” x 4.0 King Kong, 7 tube bypasses. to good of a deal not to pass up. I will be stuffing these upfront! If I need to downgrade to 3.5” I’ll post a sale or trade add.

Removed the front drivetrain today!
I'm going to put a few hours into the frame rail prep toomorrow. Hopefully, I can move into the cab this week.
