Shop Tour - RJ Fab

I had the pleasure of meeting Rob and his wife from RJ Fab. Super nice couple, humble and inviting. Fun to talk to, extravagant work and attention to detail. After our meeting I asked if I could take some pics of his shop, current project and past. He said, "shoot away!" And so I did. Here's some of what I saw.

I don't care for many of the big name fabricators out there (MCD1, Kibbe...), but I have respect for RJ. He's a stand up guy, confident in his work, but not a douche bag. I was looking over the Willys at the Offroad Expo and he came up and introduced himself to me, and I began asking him questions about the truck. He paused before answering, turned to my wife, and apologized for not greeting her as well, and then answered my questions. That was huge in my eyes, and I really appreciated it.

Enjoyed watching the build videos on this.

Really interested in seeing how the Subaru swapped 510 turns out.

I get how some people can be bothered by the big name guys. Look at Robby Woods, I think he does it purposely to get under people's skin, but the dudes got skills.

Yeah his 510 is gonna be crazy. Double bell crank setup is cool for sure.

My concrete guys is RJ's concrete guy and he was saying how humble he is. And he was going to his house the week after to check an area and quote him out for a helicopter pad for some of his big clients to fly in/out when needed and not have to go to Hesperia airport and get a ride down the road to his house.

My shop is pretty cool too. It's almost as cool as RJ's shop. Just doesn't have 99.69% of the trucks, tools, equipment or talent.

It does have beer though.
