Insulation help

Hello, i have a 1995 bronco all existing insulation was thrown away during my build. i cant seem to find any information on how so insulate my bronco. Right now i have some summit sound deadener on the firewall and under the the two front seats but i think i need something better
I would like to insulate the cab the best as possible the ceiling is bare metal. Open to suggestions for material for exterior firewall, the interior floor and ceiling.

I would go to a junkyard that has a OBS f150 since your not going to find a bronco in the junkyard these days and pull everything off you need. The OEM stuff is pretty good, if you want to build on the OEM stuff then use the fire resistant sound deadener stuff. Whatever you do don't use spray foam insulation, it holds water, causes rust and despite what the can says, its always flammable, you will never get it all out, if you ever want to remove it.
