HELP WITH INTERCOM!!!!!!!!!!!

Papas buggy.

we have the old Rugged Radios, 4 person intercom setup in it.
sometimes, they all work great, sometimes 1 works great, but no others, sometimes 2 work good but you can only talk in one while listening in 1 ear on another, but then papa replaces the headset or fucks with the wires, works perfect.......... WHEN WE'RE AT HOME. second we unload it off the trailer, back to monkeyfucked in 1 headset half of all the time, but only for 69 seconds, thats only on the 9th day of the 6th month.


PAPA DOES NOT WANT TO BUY PRETTY MUCH ANYTHING NEW. He's an old man dead set in his ways. when he bought them 100 years ago, they all worked perfect. SO THAT MEANS THEY SHOULD STILL WORK FLAWLESSLY.

My experience with old Rugged intercomm was the same in my first race truck 20 years ago. They changed the cables for me and did a few things and it would work between each other but most of the time by end of race only 1 of us would be able to transmit out via PTT. I would hit up them and see if they can diagnose it a little bit but you'll have to be more professional with real numbers and data not M A W M jokes

Rugged is huge and built a new awesome compound. They make PCI business look tiny. They do a ton of different industries Fire Nascar etc not just off-road

Red area is all their buildings. You can see how big it is by the awning on the gas station behind their main building. They have quite the business empire. Greg who owns Rugged has been doing it right and developing a lot of products for multiple industries that are top of the game. I know PCI has the off-road followers but that's because the og weatherman was the founder and they've been in the racing community for years.

just updating this.
i emailed them and said my dad is having xxx problem, cant do xxx, blahblahblah.... guy called papa later that day and he shipped the stuff back, got them replaced/guy just warrantied them, got them back and now eveyrthing works awesome, it seems. guy was VERY NICE AND POLITE AND HELPFUL to talk with papa said. so Rugged has a really god standing in our book, hah
