Flats vs Clipless Pedals

Be at one with bike, clipless is the way to go! I like them for the power you get via full pedal rotation and I also like them for jumping because the bike will stay with you. Urban freeriding is really the only time I ride flats. I'm old AF now and don't ride everyday like I used too in high school and college but unclipping becomes second nature and you don't even have to think about it after while.

GO CLIPLESS!!!!!
