I am finally done with the new shop. I build off-road race and pre-runner transmissions. Primarily TH400 and 4L80. Small time, one man shop. Basically for fun/side money.

I have been building transmissions for roughly 18 years.

I can rebuild the transmission you have now. Build you a complete new one. Fix a leak. Installs, etc.

Located in Inland Empire.

Note: I sometimes build for drag cars too (2,500 horsepower and up) Just not often.

I got a 4l60e with 150 k that the 3/4 shift gets a little funky up long grades. I'm doing a Trango shift kit and a Sonnex Vett servo to see if i can impove it. thoughts? If my band-aid doesn't work I may contact you. The 4l60e is behind a stock 4.3 Vortec Sonoma that will be built for trail use and light towing, I haven't considered a 4l80 due to only being a v6.

Yeah with 150k on her she's probably pretty worn. But yeah try the trasngo shift kit! It'll definitely help!

A 4L80 would be sweet...but lots to change to make it work.
