395 Trip

Hello, fellow off-road enthusiasts. My family and I recently completed the Mojave Trail and want to complete some other stuff. The Eastern Mojave Heritage Trail is on the radar, but I have never explored up off of 395 toward Death Valley (the hot place), so I am leaning toward that.

Does anyone have any Mojave Road length (100-150 mile) long routes that take me through that area?

Is it worth driving there vs. the Mojave Desert, or even up in the San Bernardino Mountains for a few days of camping and broverlanding?
