better late than never
201.8 this am
finishing up Week 33 straight at gym.
Last few weeks have been a little banged up from the memorial day hockey tourney. In the second game, got tangled up with a dude we both went down pretty hard. My elbow pad slide down and I slammed the ice pretty good. Elbow was pretty tender like hurt to set it on a pillow.
hit the gym out there each morning more to just get the body moving. Mostly just stretched. Getting old is fun.
We even got the kids going, C ran 2 Miles on the treadmill which I though was pretty impressive
Still have been getting in a mile or 2 on the treadmill each morning.
and the back has been kinda eh last few weeks. Going to start working on more stretching and doing more exercises to help strengthen. Cant seem to keep hip alignment. So that's been fun.
Gunna keep hammering.
