06 F350 Interior / Cluster Intermittent Issue

I know a small few guys might have or had one of these. My neighbor’s had power intermittently going out to his windows and cluster etc. which looks like it’s possibly the cluster. He had a shop replace it with a Ford rebuilt cluster. Issue is persisting. Anyone have a diagram for how to test power and ground to the cluster before he skips another day of work to bring it back to the shop for a 3rd cluster (under warranty from the second)? I don’t think the guys at the shop were that thorough in verifying the issue but I know it is a pattern failure with the cluster circuitry. Appreciate it.

Thanks will do. After posting this he said he’s had the issue only twice for a short time over the course of a month which was a big reduction from before they replaced his cluster. I’ll tell him to do a visual inspection and see if it looks good.
