Headers, cats deleted, and a magnaflow round stainless muffler got some bark for the old girl. Hoops and crossover is ready to weld. Trying to match the bumper to the accent stripe.

I had the same experience with those older BFGs. But I like to learn the hard way and stuck with BFG. Never had an issue with any KM3 or KO2. And I have heard the now KO3s and HD Terrains are even better.
