Ford 9" SF Housing, Where to buy?

Im very aware of that. I wanted the pinion to be 2.125" to the passenger side of center. The housing they built, the pinion is .75" to the passenger side of center

Ford 9" SF Housing, Where to buy?

As an update wicked creations completely stopped responding to emails, they dont answer their phone, and dont reply to messages. So i was stuck with the axle. I ordered custom axles from Moser, which was an additional $600. I now have a what feels like a driveline vibration, I suspect it might...

Single 3.0 Coilover vs Dual 2.5's

Thanks for a response directly regarding shocks! I dont have a bypass shock, or a 3.0 coil over. Trying to decide on what to purchase is my dilemma. I do not have any real world experience comparing a single 3.0 vs dual 2.5's. Without getting technical and long winded on the fluid dynamics of it...

What material/size for upper links are you guys running on 4-links?

    1 3/4" x.120 DOM and 7/8 ×7/8 heims on a full size bronco.

Single 3.0 Coilover vs Dual 2.5's

I know the struggle of compromises. I love my suspension being "set to kill" when im down in California. Then I get back to montana, where every bump is hard and square. It'll rattle your teeth out! So I end up driving fast to smooth it out. But, we have this stuff called grass. Its really good...

Single 3.0 Coilover vs Dual 2.5's

The more i think about it, I actually like the idea of running the 12" coilover on the radius arm. If I can make it fit. I dont have the bronco in the garage right now but I could see the brake booster (like you mentioned) and the HVAC box possibly being in the way. Same strategy as a 4 link...

You definitely have enough shock and bump stop to make it boogey. Tuning is everything. I cant remember the exact number, but it took me 4 or 5 tries to get my 2.5's where i liked them. Each time was more and more compression.

Single 3.0 Coilover vs Dual 2.5's

Its surprisingly good for a single 2.5 shock. The 2.5 bypass bump really set it apart from the 2.0x3 i was previously running. A fairly large group of cars met up at the forty Wednesday night to head out to the dunes. I was sick of eating dust within 45 seconds. Decided I would try and keep up...

It wouldn't take me terribly long. It wouldn't take me terribly long. The new engine should be ready to go in within a month or two. Theres a lot to do when it goes in. The front clip might aswell come off. Which definitely falls under "while im in there" as far as engine cage shock hoops go...

@84Prerunner What length shocks did you run on that? Unfortunately my current CO's are 12". Ive learned a lot since I originally put this together. I think i could most certainly put a 14" to good use now.

What do you have for a bumpstop? When I switched from my 2.0 bumps to the 2.5x4 with a bypass tube. It was an absolute game changer.

I have bypasses in the rear, and an intercom. The rattles would be nothing new! Haha. Should a guy consider a 3.0 bypass?
