The heims on the radius arms go into tabs off the frame. These tabs can be welded to the frame or made into a bracket that welds or bolts to the frame. A common spot to have these tabs is near the mounting area for the transmission cross mount.

That bottom part is pretty bad. I recommend cutting off and doing new templates out of cardboard. Draw a line along the center of the open tube. This line can be used as a reference point to make the templates.

I machined four poly bushings I had in the shop that already had the correct ID. Here is a picture of the day I finished it.
Two at the spindle and two on the swinger. They push on by hand and are a little loose so the heim does move. Absolutely no problems with this.
