The truck was built by Kevin Brown, he had a shop in Santee CA called KB Designs. He built it for my buddy Casey in 2003-2004 ish. I still talk to Kevin all the time, he mostly did minitrucks but built a handfull of offroad trucks around that time. Lower balljoints should be Nissan 720 mid 80s
My buddy had the same issue on his explorer with a Autozone pump and 37s, I bought a Cardone pump and only have 33s and have had zero issues. We tried bleeding his multuple times and so far no luck
I think there was as much error on the customers side as RPGs LOL. A lot of mistakes both ways and a learning lesson for both. This is by no means OK but unfortunately this is not uncommon in this industry. Most people just don't have the energy after all is said and done to document it so well...
I’ve been driving the explorer around a bit and no issues, just working out the small bugs and everything has been good. I relocated my battery to the rear and got a K&N intake instead of building one. I got my lights mounted and I’m just needing to install my switch pro and wire them up.
