you have the design basically done for the IFS setup, get it done and if you hate it the motor is already slid back for a center mount setup.
make sure you plan for intercooler, piping and turbo location
if you want the easy button, these guys have a decent rep and my buddy has a good experience with his 3.4 into 92.

i need to shuffle my daughters to see if help the youngest (6) out or not. she struggles on the norco, it a little too big for her and some of the ego would be better fit for a bigger kid.

i ended up with a velocirax after the kids all got full squish bikes for christmas. over all happy with it, wish i would have got the 5x (the wide version) to make loading a little easier. its a bit of tetris because of differences in bike geo especially when you add mine in.
if the ride height is where you want it with some preload and it rides like crap … open the shock up and that a look. i bet you got lots of compression and a ton of rebound.
