Well $hit, I learned something new today. I had never heard of Talley, I don't do much in Hemet/San Jacinto even though I am in Sage (far south Hemet) I wonder if they will deliver to me? Down a dirt road? Years ago Competitive Metals had enough of my dirt road and wouldn't deliver to me anymore.

Here is one I did on an F-150, very tight fit to keep it close to stock location, then custom linkage (sorry I don't seem to have pics of the actual linkage on this one)

In my case the wiper motor worked out in the factory location but the connecting linkage did not. So I ran Left to Right wiper arm linkage on the outside.

Don't overthink it. It is just linkage. Put the wiper motor under the cowl inside the cab, run linkage from there. You can quite honestly mount the motor anywhere and set up the linkage from there.

Here is some motivation for you.....maybe. Don't really need the Ranger frame. Look at their take on the radius arms as well. Not at all how I would do it, but it more or less has been done on a Buggy. I took this picture 25 years ago
