I ended up using Chevy volt fans. They came with dual 12” brushless spal fans. They move way more air and were easy to wire and get working with the terminator x.

-16 lines here with a 31x19 radiator. I think a lot of my issues come from the radiator angle. Redline performance sells a plug that’s like a thermostat I may try as well. Same cost as a thermostat essentially

Some of the last runs. Started the day balls to the wall at 40mph. By the end, I was able to comfortably average 50-55mph. They think I left a lot on the table and want to retune when I get more comfortable.
