Yea, those look like the right parts for D44 6 bolt.
Blue boot BJ's from Napa... stock D44 knuckles/snouts/brakes and drill out the steering for bigger bolts(even single shear is OK.) Weak spot is the steering box/sector shaft really. Make sure to use the one piece fixed camber adjusters...
Could throw some batteries, tools, and a winch back there for some good static weight.
But in the meantime...at least you will be able to make some cool sand castles if you ever break down!
I liiiike. Very nice.
But, to be an efabber extraordinaire... was there no way to get that bulkhead on the nice flat part of firewall panel? (plumbing options constrained my install for sure)
I didnt have one at first on that truck. And it never did anything wonky.. except roll over. LOL. But it has one now. Definitely run one. It's a world of difference for cornering speed and confidence. (in my opinion of course.)
I can't tell you how much it changes the extreme angles you...
OK yea... like i said.. its less than you would think!!! I originally typed 20-30.... but then thought.. it's gotta be more than 20. I just checked photos. And just thought this too. What is max misalignment of the heim joints. Cant be more than that! lol
Pretty sure it never does...
From the drawing, it looks like it is more likely to hit chassis than bump stops.
I took angle measurements a looong time when setting up 2ghetto for cyling. What I found was with a lot of angle the shocks will bottom out before the bump stops even contact the axle. This never happens in real...
ShockSeals.com has the nylon ones for a fair price. $20/ea. I got some for my SAW's on 2ghetto recently. Buy a bunch of seal kits at the same time so shipping is worth it...
