Well I picked up a s396 turbo should pair well with the he351. Now to just get it all built and in the truck.

Well since 6.7 power strokes are still ridiculously priced for wrecked or high miles I found a nice p pump motor and it’s getting a compound set up built for it before it goes in.

Pulled my 3rd member out and after tearing it down it appears the lower pinion bearing left the chat and lead to destroying the ring gear.

It’s off a 9” rear ring gear

Took this thing out to play last weekend and had an absolute blast running through the woods. Ended up blowing the rear ring and pinion up but not a big deal. It was used and made noise from the get go. Time for some fresh 5.38 gears. I planned to go up that’s why I hadn’t bought front gears yet.

Finally found some cheap 17” wheels so we could mount his tires and put them on his truck he was excited to say the least

Still on the hunt for some cheap 17” rollers but the spare from my bronco looks good on it!

Rolled the 40’s next to his truck today. Lot of tire but you can’t beat free tires!

Well a buddy/ local racer got ahold of me this evening to see if I wanted some used 40’s. For spares for my bronco. Went to pick up one and ended up with a set of 6. So I guess we are going to run 40’s on this. Now.

Front spring change was a big step in the right direction. Took it out 2 weeks ago and had a blast. Best it has felt so far. Also need to get the front gears installed and the 4x4 working sucks having to find someone to pull you out lol

Pulled the boys truck out got the fiberglass swapped over and going to get it in front of the barn and up on stands so we can mock up the motor and trans and get the dana44 and 9” swapped in so parts aren’t just laying around.

Well since this old girl never sold I got the bronco going and bought a camper I now need 2 tow rigs so it’s time to update this. The plan is to p pump swap this final finish adding the ac upgrade the brakes to hydro boost and find a short bed to put on it. Might do a frame swap to a superduty...
