Spent a little time today working on things. My 191 delivery valves came in and I pulled the manifold and drilled and tapped it for my EGT gage and reinstalled it with oem gaskets and hardware. Fuel lines are installed. Need to run new feed and return lines yet but getting close to first start...
Pump is back on I drilled and tapped the adapter plate so I could mount the return line block to it. Debating on putting new injectors and delivery valves in or just put it in as is and upgrade later.

New engine is just about ready to go in. Machined the water neck to make the 180amp alternator aligh perfect. Even has the factory tensioner on it still. I will be ordering the stuff to put ac on it soon. Now just need the weather to cooperate so we can get it dropped back in

Just went through my total build receipts when I started this I wanted to spend $15,000 that was my goal. All said and done I’m currently at $18,300. If you calculate inflation at 20% the target should be at $18,000. I would say it’s a heck of a machine for under $20,000

Well since 6.7 power strokes are still ridiculously priced for wrecked or high miles I found a nice p pump motor and it’s getting a compound set up built for it before it goes in.
Took this thing out to play last weekend and had an absolute blast running through the woods. Ended up blowing the rear ring and pinion up but not a big deal. It was used and made noise from the get go. Time for some fresh 5.38 gears. I planned to go up that’s why I hadn’t bought front gears yet.
