No links yet. I'm just stock piling parts as of now. I'm pretty sure I'm going to sell my 2.5x12's and grab some 16" or 18" shocks and run them thru like yours. It's already loud as shit with the cage, solid body mounts and whining kids.
I ended up ordering a Muff Stuff housing Dana 60 snouts and the solid axle industries floater kit. With a strange 35 spline 3rd. It was by far the cheapest option and I feel it will be sufficient for my Bronco.
My vote would be coil over and bypass. I have a single 3.0 14" CO and it's a lacking damping they way it is now. That being said I'm sure if it gets tuned it would be much better but I just don't think it would ever be as good as 2 shocks per corner. I'd like to look into moving the reservoir...

KeyMo is a great option. Dead air makes nice suppressors too. Personally I use Surefire muzzle devices warcomp and 4 prong. I shoot a surefire suppressor so I have to use their muzzle device for mounting purposes. That being said they work great for flash suppression even without a suppressor.
One other issue I found out with the Solid D60 spindles is the OD is like 2.92" on the part the slides into the axle housing tube. This means for a typical 3.5" x .250 housing the spindle would be to loose in the end so solid suggested that the spindle be turned down and hosing sleeved with a...
The Branik 5x5.5 unit bearing looks like its standard with 1/2 studs I'd be curious to know if 5/8" is possible looks like it probably would be to tight with clearances. I called solid a few months back about the 14 bolt hub compatibility on a D60 spindle the dude that answered was not to sure...
