Im less worried about the pivots (like you said i can punch into the cage). im more worried about destroying the tailgate as that seems like the weak link to me. I like the idea of tying into the bumper somehow with a rubber bushing, anyone have an example of how that would look?
Anyone Seen any nifty ways to reinforce the tire swing gate? I have a feeling its gonna try to rip it out of the tailgate...
Also gotta lower the rear bench somehow, headroom isnt ideal

Ya i already bought the desolate ones. wish i would have bought the longer versions but they will work. these were only 3/16" and started deforming the holes, i feel much better with the 1/4".
Also im pulling a stock 93 5.8 with 220xxx miles out of this thing. ran when parked to build it 6 months ago, missing some smog stuff. let me know if you need anything, everything but the accessories are going. (computer, wiring, motor etc)

Bronco movin along
got the front end mostly assembled. Realized i need to do a lot of trimming on the pass stub shaft to get the droop. Tommy had some great suggestions about using a D50 shaft, im gonna just trim these and see if they last, otherwise ill upgrade to those.
