Bracket probably wont work on a 4407 TC that you have, but you can fab up a stand off bracket and mount the ring to the back of the yoke. I mounted the tone ring to my ring gear and then put the sensor into my Tubeworks housing, you could use the rear diff cover.
Its been awhile since I moved them to AZ reg and ins so I can't really remember, but the higher end valued ones did cost a noticeable amount more. Couldn't give you an exact percentage though. AZ didnt catch it until renewal time, then they forced it on me. Still cheaper than finding an illegal...
I have some of my vehicles registered in AZ at my AZ address but I live in Ca and have a Ca DL. AZ finally caught up and require the vehicles to have AZ specific insurance policies which was no problem but cost more than insured on my Ca policy. Price to pay to avoid smog regulations.
